Keeping Apistogramma Cacatuoides
Adult size and space
Males about 7.5 cm and females 5 cm standard length. Base at least 60 × 30 cm with caves and visual barriers.
Water, group and feeding
22–29°C; soft water; reference pH 5–6. Territorial when breeding; confirm sex before group planning. Small live/frozen foods with suitable prepared foods.
